Venue & Organizer Terms

Terms for Venues listing events, booking talent, and selling tickets on Bridge

These Venue & Organizer Terms ("Venue Terms") are part of, and incorporated into, the Bridge Live Terms of Service (the "Terms") of Bridge Booking LLC ("Bridge"). They apply to any user that lists events, sells tickets, or books talent for an event through the Bridge Services, including each Agent when acting for a venue or organizer (each of the foregoing, a "Venue"). By using those features, you agree to these Venue Terms. In a conflict, the Bridge Live Payment Terms control payment matters, the Bridge Live Ticket & Refund Policy controls ticket purchases, then these Venue Terms, then the Terms.

1. Business Use; Account Authority

You represent that you use these features for business purposes and are authorized to act for the venue or organization you represent. You may allow employees or representatives to act under your venue's account through delegated permissions; you are responsible for their actions on the Bridge Services as if they were your own, and for keeping delegated access current.

2. Listing Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings — venue and event details, dates and times, lineup, pricing, fees, age restrictions, and tax-relevant information — and for keeping them current. Ticket prices you configure are displayed to purchasers as required by the Ticket & Refund Policy's all-in pricing commitment.

3. Your Events Are Yours

You — not Bridge — are responsible for your events, including obtaining and maintaining all required permits, licenses (including public-performance licenses for live or recorded music at your premises), and insurance; venue safety, security, capacity, and accessibility compliance; compliance with alcohol and age-restriction laws; and the conduct of your events. Bridge does not supervise, direct, or control your events.

4. Ticketing Obligations

If you sell tickets through the Bridge Services, you agree to: honor valid tickets for admission; promptly announce cancellations, postponements, and material changes through the Bridge Services; and cooperate with the refund rules in the Ticket & Refund Policy, including the treatment of a postponed event with no new date within sixty (60) days as canceled. You are responsible for funding refunds for your events as described in the Payment Terms; you authorize Bridge to apply your funds and to collect any shortfall as provided there.

5. Bookings and Payments

Bookings you confirm with Performers or Techs form a direct contract between you and them under the Bridge Live Default Booking Terms unless you and the other party agree otherwise. You agree to pay booked talent the compensation stated in the booking through the Bridge Services, and not to move transactions initiated on the Bridge Services off-platform to avoid fees. Payments, booking funds, taxes, reserves, and collections are governed by the Payment Terms.

6. Purchaser and Performer Data

Information you receive through the Bridge Services about ticket purchasers, Performers, or other users (including entry lists and any W-9 shared with you) may be used only to operate the event and meet your legal obligations — not for unrelated marketing, enrichment, or resale — and must be handled in compliance with applicable privacy law. Advertising integrations are governed by the "Organizer and Performer Marketing Integrations" provisions of the Terms.

7. Bridge's Role

Bridge provides the platform and, as described in the Payment Terms, acts as a limited payments agent. Bridge may suspend listings, ticketing, or payment features as provided in the Terms and the Payment Terms, including for risk, fraud, or violation of these Venue Terms.

8. Responsibility

The indemnification, warranty-disclaimer, and limitation-of-liability provisions of the Terms apply to your use of these features, including claims arising from your events, your listings, and your obligations to purchasers and booked talent.
