Deletion Policy

At Bridge Booking LLC, user privacy is of paramount importance to us. We collect and retain information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Deleting Your Account

To delete your Bridge Live account, log into the app and open Settings → My Account → Delete Account. You can also request deletion by emailing support@bridge.live from the email address on your account.

What Is Deleted

When you delete your account, we remove your profile and account information from the Bridge Services, including your profile details, images, preferences, and discoverable presence on the platform.

What Is Retained

Some records are retained after account deletion where we are required or permitted to keep them, including transaction and payment records, tax records, and records needed for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, and compliance with legal obligations. Retained records are kept only as long as required for those purposes and are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Information held by our payment processor is governed by the processor's own policies.

Timing

Deletion of your profile and account information begins promptly after your request and is completed within the timeframes required by applicable law. Questions: support@bridge.live
