Ticket & Refund Policy

What to expect when you buy tickets on Bridge

This policy is part of the Bridge Live Terms of Service of Bridge Booking LLC ("Bridge") and applies to all tickets purchased through the Bridge Services. By purchasing a ticket you agree to this policy.

1. Who You Are Buying From

Tickets are sold by the event's venue or organizer (the "Organizer"). Bridge provides the ticketing service and collects payment on the Organizer's behalf; your payment to Bridge satisfies your payment obligation for the ticket. The Organizer — not Bridge — is responsible for the event, including its lineup, schedule, admission, and conduct, and for the refunds described in this policy.

2. Pricing

The price displayed for a ticket includes the ticket price and all mandatory fees. Applicable sales tax is shown at checkout before you enter payment information. The total you see before you pay is the total you will be charged. If a ticket is listed at an incorrect price or released for sale in error, Bridge and the Organizer may cancel it and refund the amount you paid.

3. All Sales Are Final, Except as Stated Here

Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except:

  • Canceled events. If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, the Organizer will refund the full amount you paid for your ticket, including all mandatory fees and taxes. This includes events canceled due to severe weather or other causes beyond the Organizer's control.
  • Postponed events. If an event is postponed without a new date, your ticket remains valid for the rescheduled date once announced. If no new date is announced within sixty (60) days of the original event date, the event is treated as canceled and refunded by the Organizer as described above.
  • Rescheduled or materially changed events. If the event date changes to a different calendar day, the event moves to a different venue, or the advertised headline act is replaced, your ticket remains valid for the revised event. If you prefer a refund, request one within fourteen (14) days after the change is announced (or before the revised event begins, if sooner) and the Organizer will provide one. Lineups, set times, and supporting acts may change without notice and are not grounds for a refund.
  • Event-specific policies. An Organizer may offer additional refund rights for its event. Any such policy is displayed on the event page and at checkout and applies in addition to this policy.
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges. Contact us and we will correct verified duplicate or erroneous charges.

4. How Refunds Work

Refunds under this policy are obligations of the event's Organizer — not Bridge — and are funded by the Organizer. Bridge processes refund payments on the Organizer's behalf as its payments platform. Other refund requests should be directed to the Organizer, whose decision applies except where this policy or applicable law provides otherwise. Approved refunds are issued from the Organizer's funds to the original payment method: Bridge initiates the refund promptly after approval, once funds are available from the Organizer, and once initiated, posting typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Bridge is not liable for travel or any other expenses you or anyone else incurs in connection with a canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or materially changed event.

5. Your Ticket

Your ticket is a revocable license to attend the event; it admits one person, once. Entry requires the ticket's valid QR code — if the same code is presented more than once, only the first presentation is admitted. You may give your ticket to another person unless the event page states otherwise; however, refunds under this policy are payable only to the original purchaser, to the original payment method. Commercial resale is prohibited, as is purchasing tickets with bots or other automated means or in excess of posted ticket limits. Orders placed with false, misleading, or unverifiable information may be canceled. Bridge and the Organizer may cancel tickets issued in violation of this policy and refund the amount paid; tickets obtained through fraud may be canceled without a refund.

6. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, we encourage you to contact support@bridge.live before disputing the charge with your bank so we can resolve it quickly. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have with your bank or card issuer. Purchasers who initiate chargebacks for valid, delivered purchases may have their accounts restricted.

7. Delivery and Entry

Tickets are delivered electronically by email and/or SMS. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and for presenting a valid ticket for entry. Lost access issues can be resolved through support@bridge.live. Admission, age restrictions, and venue rules are set and enforced by the Organizer. You attend events at your own risk: you voluntarily assume all risks incidental to the event, whether occurring before, during, or after it, and the Organizer — not Bridge — is responsible for the event and the venue.
