Copyright & DMCA Policy

Bridge Booking LLC ("Bridge") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Bridge Services to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512, Bridge will respond to proper notifications of claimed copyright infringement and will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Submitting a Takedown Notice

If you believe that content available on the Bridge Services infringes your copyright, please send a written notification to our designated copyright agent that includes all of the following:

• a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner's behalf;
• identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works);
• identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (for example, the URL of the page or profile where it appears);
• your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
• a statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), you may be liable for damages if you knowingly materially misrepresent that material is infringing.

Our Response

Upon receipt of a notification that substantially complies with the requirements above, Bridge will remove or disable access to the material identified in the notice, make a reasonable effort to notify the user who posted it, and document the notice and our response.

Counter-Notification

If you believe material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notification to our designated copyright agent that includes:

• your physical or electronic signature;
• identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location at which it appeared before removal;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
• your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which Bridge may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or that person's agent.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original notice. Unless that party notifies us within ten (10) business days that it has filed an action seeking a court order against the user, we may restore the removed material within ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days.

Standard Technical Measures

Bridge accommodates and does not interfere with standard technical measures used by copyright owners to identify or protect copyrighted works, as described in 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), to the extent such measures are applicable to the Bridge Services.

Repeat Infringers

Bridge maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. Bridge may also, in its sole discretion, limit access to the Bridge Services or terminate the account of any user who infringes the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is repeat infringement.
