Lonesome Gold is a folk-driven, bluegrass inspired, rock-hearted band carving out their place in the Nashville music scene with explosive live shows and cinematic songwriting. Born in the shadow of the Grand Tetons and now rooted in Nashville, Tennessee, the band blends mountain-born grit with Southern soul. Formed in 2019, Lonesome Gold has quickly become a standout live act across the Cumberland region, known for performances that feel equal parts barn-burner and spiritual reckoning. At the center of the band are songwriters Casey Jack Kristofferson and Miles Victor, whose intertwined harmonies and vivid lyricism evoke windswept plains, rising peaks, and the rough-cut beauty of the American West. Their songs move with a pulse. Stories of love, loss, redemption, Heaven and Hell, delivered with the raw energy of a rock band and the intimacy of a front-porch folk duo. Lonesome Gold band began as a rock and roll group with a hard driving self-titled debut that was released in 2020, but they've shifted their focus to rich storytelling and crafting acoustic based orchestrations. They've performed on iconic stages across the US including The 5 Spot, The Cobra, The Silver Dollar Bar in Wyoming and the legendary Troubadour in Los Angeles, California. Lonesome Gold has shared the stage with a wide range of nationally touring acts including Jalan Crossland, Spectre Jones, King Cardinal, Hellbound Glory, Jeff Crosby and The Refugees, Andy Frasco & The U.N., Micky and the Motorcars, The Dodgy Mountain Men, and Jenny Don’t and The Spurs. Drawing from influences like Neil Young, Bob Dylan, The Avett Brothers, Tyler Childers, R.L. Burnside, The Band and Doc Watson, the band creates original material that feels both timeless and distinctly modern. Their 2020 self-titled debut leaned into electrified rock and roll, but the band has evolved into a dynamic acoustic-based project that foregrounds storytelling, rootsy instrumentation, and a driving rhythmic backbone. Lonesome Gold is releasing a concept record titled "County Line" in 2026.
