Lindsay Liebro is a 21-year-old pop artist known for catchy melodies and vivid, fun lyricism tied together with a classic popstar princess bow. Strapped with her signature blue guitar, this Pittsburgh native captivates audiences with her self-written songs that honestly capture the emotions that come with growing up. After falling in love with Kelly Clarkson’s “Since U Been Gone” at the age of four, Liebro immediately found her calling, and by seven years old, she was writing her own songs. She began teaching herself guitar and writing more consistently before she began high school, singing about anything and everything that evoked some sort of emotion in her. Since releasing her first song in June 2021, she has amassed over 14k+ monthly Spotify listeners across over 176 countries. In 2020, Liebro won WYEP’s Singer-Songwriter Competition as the youngest contestant, which launched her career in music. From there, she has independently earned over 3 million streams, with her biggest single being “Wasted Potential.” Across all social media platforms, she’s earned 200k+ likes, 21k+ followers, and 1.2M+ views. At the age of 17, Liebro was signed to an indie label in Seattle and had sync representation from Bank Robber Music/Rough Trade Publishing. In May 2024, she released taller, her debut EP – produced by Steve Stout (Lifehouse/Øzwald), with her versatility, musical acumen, and emotional vulnerability on full display across the five tracks. She has been featured on GRRRL Music: New Music Friday, No Country for New Nashville, and Grammy U Mixtape playlists. Liebro has also been awarded first prize winner of the 2021-2022 Williams Sing-Off Competition, 2024 WriterFest Belmont Student Storyteller Series for Songwriting, and 2022 Lipscomb School of Music Songwriting Contest. She was also a top finalist in Lightning 100’s Music City Mayhem in 2023, Grammy U’s Songwriter Showcase, Women Who Rock’s Songwriter Contest, and New York Encounter’s Singer-Songwriter Contest. It seemed as though she had a lifetime of experience being expressed through her composition and delivery,” and Singer-Songwriter Devon Gilfillian said, ”She could be a star if she wants it.” Her latest single “Pretty Boy” released this past fall, with her sophomore EP coming this spring.
