With a foundation firmly grounded in Roots Americana, Blues and Soul, Middle Tennessee’s Golden Soul Revue features husband and wife duo Brian and Aletha Golden. After more than a decade performing with various upstate New York ensembles and several years touring the East Coast, bandleader Brian Golden relocated to Music City, Nashville, Tennessee, where he met gospel singer and wife, Aletha Golden. The newlyweds wasted no time establishing the Brian Golden Blues Experiment, recording and releasing a pair of albums, ‘binomial’ (2017) and ‘The High Divided’ (2020). In the spring of 2023, the pair rebranded as Golden Soul Revue, releasing their debut single, “Got No Time.” The band’s self-titled EP followed in late 2025, featuring the gospel-inspired “We All Family.” From acoustic duo or trio to full band, the Goldens and Golden Soul Revue have made a name for themselves with their emotional, inspirational delivery and down-home brand of crowd interaction and southern hospitality.
