About The HamString Band
Led by award-winning harmonica player Buddy Greene, the Hamstring Band brings together Nashville’s finest acoustic musicians—including Grand Ole Opry performers, award-winning instrumentalists, and veteran recording artists—for an evening of old-time American music presented as a live radio variety show. Filled with comedy, storytelling, imaginary sponsors, and audience participation, it’s part concert, part theater, and all front-porch fun. Fox & Locke would be a fun venue for this show.
